- Label your gear: Put your name on bags and coats just in case.
- Check the weather: The weather changes fast- prepare for rain, sun, and snow!
- Keep your ID and important papers in a safe, easy-to-reach spot.
- Be respectful to airline and airport staff. You’re representing your community!
- If you’re unsure about something—ask! Your chaperones and staff are there to help. ◡̈
While You’re Away
- Be respectful in shared spaces: clean up after yourself and follow staff directions.
- Stay with the group unless given clear permission.
- If you feel sick, uncomfortable, or unsure, let a staff member know right away.
- Stay off substances! BBRCTE trips are drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free.
